All orders are placed through our Messenger-based ordering system. Orders are confirmed only upon acknowledgment from our team. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

For electronic payments (GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer), full payment is required before your order is processed. Cash on Delivery is available within our service area.

We currently deliver within Brgy. Santiago and Brgy. San Francisco, General Trias, Cavite via our own rider. Deliveries outside our coverage area are facilitated through Lalamove, with fees shouldered by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and conditions.

Cancellations must be made before your order is prepared. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accommodated. For concerns about your order upon delivery, please message us immediately via Messenger.

Our products may contain allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and seafood. Please inform us of any allergies before placing your order. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

CURV reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
